A well priced hotel in Orange. There was lots of food that was good. The room I booked was perfectly clean and non-smoking. Wonderful location in the very safe area.
Sadly, there was no free carpark.

Helpful staff and lovely swimming pool. Moreover, there was private parking, which was a plus. Anaheim Metrolink train station is located not very far from the hotel.

Took our 3 year old grandson to Disneyland. Enjoyed the shuttle service to the parks. The restaurant staff helped with recommendations for a quick dinner so we wouldn't miss the next shuttle to Disneyland. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.
Nothing. It was wonderful.

This was our Third weekend trip to Disneyland this year and Doubletree has become our spot. The kids love the pool and the basketball, tennis and Volkeyball courts. My wife loves that they have a Starbucks in the lobby and that the Blick at Orange (outlet Shops) are down the street only a two minuite walk. I love that in the evening the fully stocked bar opens.

This was an excellent place to stay while visiting DIsneyland. The free shuttle was on-time, fast and efficient. The staff was beyond friendly and customer service was obviously their top priority. I would definitely return.

I did like the location and the cleanliness of the room.
The front desk staff treated me very poorly, my bad experience started when I checked in and it continued during my stay. The staff is rude and condescending as if my money wasn't green enough for them, they only seemed to be pleasant to 'certain' type of customers, let's just say I did not stay at a luxury suite at the hotel, it was a regular room. I am not only speaking on my own experience, on the 2 and a half days I was there, I witnessed 2 more instances where they were being rude to other customers, one of them you could hear the argument accross the lobby, so I was not the only one. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement in that area.
